Big Buddha Koh Samui
The Big Buddha Temple is Koh Samui's most famous site and the most important sacred place on the island. The approximately 12 meter tall Buddha statue can often be seen from miles away and is therefore something of the island's landmark. A visit to this attraction is almost a must on every visit to the island, so you should expect a lot of tourists here. Nevertheless, a detour is worth it!
